According to Shaykh ‘Ubayd
al-Jābirī, those who openly do marriage(Nikah) between man and man &
women and women (same gender) are disbelievers (Kafir). Shaykh ‘Ubayd al-Jābirī about Gay Marriage The Questionnaire says: The Supreme Court in America has legislated a new rulling, permitting marriage between a man and man & between a woman and woman and you find some Muslims, May Allah guide them, in agreeing to this ruling, saying that if
a man wants to marry another man there is no problem in this, do you have any advice for them? Shaykh Ubayd Al-Jabiri replied: I seek refuge in Allah. They are donkeys, not people. Donkeys dressed as people. This action is disbelief. Marriage between two men is something which is well known in the Islam. The one who
does the Nikah, the guardian & the two donkey spouses(2males or females) & the two witnesses are all
disbelievers. It is narrated about Abdul Malik Ibn Marwan who was one of the leaders of Bani Umayyah & Abdul Malik Ibn Marwan is well known, he is
called the father of the Khualfah(rulers/leaders) because most of the leaders of Bani Umayyah were either
his sons or his grandsons, he (Abdul Malik Ibn Marwan) said : “If it (Homosexuality) was not mentioned
in the Quaran then I would not have said it could take place in this Ummah”, meaning that it is well
known of the religion by necessity(the disgust & impermissibility of it) even with the common folk.
End of speech[Experct] It’s not unusual to be shocked by the idea of same-gender intimacy. I was also
surprised when I first learned about it, though it’s often shown in movies, porn, or web series, and
is also seen in real life within the LGBTQ community.
Allah said in the Quran: “And remember Lot
(Lūt) when he said to his people: ‘Do you commit the worst sin
such as none before you have committed among creation? Indeed, you practice your lusts on men instead of women. Nay, but you
are a people transgressing beyond bounds.’” [Quran 7:80–81 — taken from abu khadija article https://abukhadeejah.com/lgbtq-homosexuality-gay-muslims-and-islam/] They used to have sexual intercourse with males instead
of females. This evil practice was not known among the Children of Adam before, nor did it even cross their minds, so they were
unfamiliar with it before the people of Sodom invented it, may Allah’s curse be on them. [From Tafsir
of Ibn Kathir Summarized- of verses 7:80 to 7:81] Allah(The Most High) also said: “You come to the men of creation and you
leave those wives whom Allah has created for you? Nay! You are a transgressing
people.”[(Qur’an 26:
165–166] Ibn ‘Abbās narrated that Allah’s
Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) stated: “The curse of Allah is upon the one who engages in
the act of the People of Lūt. The curse of Allah is upon the one who engages in the act of the People
of Lūt. The curse of Allah is upon the one who engages in the act of the People of
Lūt.” Reported in Musnad Imām Ahmad ibn
Hanbal 4/292 and graded saheeh by Ahmad Shākir; see As-Silsilatus-Sahīhah of Al-Albāni, no. 6432, who
graded it saheeh (authentic) Jābir narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings
be upon him) said:“What I fear most for my followers is the act of the
People of Lūt.” (i.e., sodomy)(Collected by At-Tirmidhi, 1457 and Ibn
Mājah, 2563, and graded as hasan by
Al-Albāni) Ibn ‘Abbas said: “The Prophet (peace and
blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “… cursed is the one who has intercourse with an animal,
cursed is the one who does the action of the people of Lut.” (Narrated by
Ahmad, 1878. This hadith was classed as sahih by Shaykh al-Albani in Sahih al-Jami’, no. 5891).
Ibn ‘Abbas said: “The Prophet (peace and
blessings of Allah be upon him) said: ‘Whoever you find doing the deed of the people of Lut,
kill the one who does it and the one to whom it is
done.” (Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 1456; Abu Dawud, 4462; Ibn Majah, 2561.
This hadith was classed as sahih by Shaykh al-Albani in Sahih al-Jami’, no. 6589). Note: The punishment should be carried out by Muslim leaders when proof is established in Muslim
countries, as the scholars have explained. Note: 1. LGBTQ and its Variants like LGBTQ+ give the same
meaning except I(Intersex) addition in LGBTQ. Homosexuality, LGBTQ, Gay, Lesbian, and Transgender give the
same notion of meaning revolving around sexual intimacy towards the same gender or transforming gender from
one to another through surgery. 2. Intersex, Kinner, Hermaphrodite, 3rd Gender, Effiminate, Xakka or Hijda(in Asian community) are the same thing. So, when someone mentions LGBTQ or anything similar, ask them to explain it to
you. If you find that it refers to sexual relationships or marriage between the same gender, then understand
that this is homosexuality, which was practiced by the people of Prophet Lūṭ. It is a major sin,
and whoever practices it is a major sinner among Muslims with weak īmān. However, if a person
believes that homosexuality is permissible, then such a person becomes a mushrik kāfir by
consensus. I take knowledge of Islam from Salafi Publications(spubs)
network, especially from Masjid DarruSunnah (DUS
Dawah) where Algerian Teacher Shamshuddin Abu Aishah Bensafi(Shamshi)
teaches. Prominent major scholars(Kibaar Ulema) praised Salafi publications like Imam Rabi Hadi Al Madhkhali, Shaykh
‘Ubayd al-Jābirī , Shaykh Hasan Al-Banna(this is
sunni-salafi Hasan Al-Banna not ikhwani) & so on. Was Shaykh Wasiullah-Abbas Rahimahullah & Shaikh Saliih Al-Suhaymee

Khadeejah REFUTED By Shaikh Saliih Al-Suhaymee Sexual intimacy between the same gender is pushed by evil people through movies,
porn, webseries & drama by utilizing their power, authority, fame & money. These people always try to justify with some sort of excuse, the most common
argument they use: “They are born like that”. Shaykh Abu Iyaad mentions in his
article: https://www.abuiyaad.com/a/biological-sexes-invention-of-gender
It should be pointed out that there are “intersex” people, those born
without fully formed male or female organs, and their behavioural characteristics
are rooted in their incompletely distinguished biology. There are Islamic rulings pertaining to such people
and harming and oppressing them or making fun of them is not
permissible. However, this should not be confused with “gender ideology” in the West,
which is an ideological weapon for indoctrination, sexual perversion, destruction of family, reshaping of
society and confiscation of private property which is the goal behind many of these ideologies masqueraded
as science, progress, “inclusion” and “equality”. End of speech Just like babies are born disabled, deaf, dumb, or blind similarly, intersex babies are born in our
society. Parents and families should have patience and
face-off the situation, that is what they should do but don’t deceive
people by marrying your intersex children to a fit and healthy person which is oppression against
Allah’s creation. We’ll talk more about ‘intersex’ in
this article. Homosexuality is an unnatural & evil practice in our society. There are a lot of reasons medically, morally &
religiously why it is one of the worst acts in our lives, collectively and individually. L(Lesbian): Sexual relationship or marriage between women
& women G(Gay): Sexual relationship or marriage between man &
man B(Bisexual): Sexual Attraction with more than one gender. Describes individuals who are attracted to both men and women. For example: A man has a sexual
relationship with a woman and a man. These types of people claim that they are attracted to more than one
gender at the same time. T(Transgender): Gender change from one gender to another.
For example: If someone is fully male and healthy and goes on to change his gender from male to female
through surgery. These people are very dangerous, there is an incident of a
man who rapped two women and identified himself as a women in court of UK. Read

Q(Questioning): Those who claim, I can’t able to
identify my gender. “Questioning” refers to individuals who are exploring or questioning their
sexual orientation or gender identity. And the LGBTQ community keeps adding terms Now they have included “intersex” people by introducing the new word
LGBTQI which is totally wrong & they are trying to
confuse people so that they can spread their misguidance & evil. Read more about LGBTQ variants on Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGBT
The simple answer is whispering from
Satan(Saitan). What these people are doing has a share in the saying of Iblīs. Allah said in the Quran: “And I will mislead them, and I will arouse in them
[sinful] desires, and I will command them so they will slit the ears of cattle,
and I will command them so they will change the creation of
Allāh.” And whoever takes Satan as an ally instead of Allāh has
certainly sustained a clear loss.[Quran 4:119] Imām al-Saʿdī (رحمه
الله) said: This includes changing the outward appearance through tattooing, plucking hair (from
eyebrows), making gaps (in teeth) for beauty and what is like them of [affairs] in which Satan has beguiled
them. So they altered the creation of al-Raḥmān. This comprises anger towards his own appearance,
reviling [Allāh’s] wisdom, believing that what they do with their
hands is better than Allāh’s creation and not being pleased with His decree and
arrangement [of affairs]. from [Shaykh Abu Iyaad Amjad Rafiq article: https://www.abuiyaad.com/a/biological-sexes-invention-of-gender] End of speech If you speak to a Homosexual person, most often they mention the reason that
they feel like this & don’t you have respect
for my feelings? In this case, don’t be emotional & tell them, something you feel doesn’t mean you have to do it. If you feel something doesn’t mean you have to do it or it becomes
right. We all possess sinful and evil desires and have the capability to do sinful acts,
but that doesn’t mean we have to commit it or it becomes right because societies are doing that. Step
back for a while & have a stand. For an example of sinful and evil desires: A brother can have a lust for his sister or vice versa. A daughter can have a lust
for her father or vice versa. A mother can have a lust on her son or vice versa. It doesn’t mean
incest is correct & legally ethical if you feel something. If I say, I feel armless & I should have been born without an arm. Would you
help me to cut off my arm even though you clearly see I have an arm? Imagine the one who cut himself from
everything even though you clearly see a big man.[shamshi speech] Islam on Bad thoughts as long as you don’t act upon it. Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) said,
“Allah has forgiven my followers the evil thoughts that occur to their minds, as long as such thoughts are not put into action or uttered.”
And Qatada said, “If someone divorces his wife just in his mind, such an unuttered divorce has no
effect.:[Sahih al-Bukhari 5269] It is narrated on the authority of Abu
Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) observed: Verily Allah forgave
my people the evil promptings which arise within their hearts as long as they did
not speak about them or did not act upon them.[Sahih Muslim 127a] Also see Sahih
Al-Bukhaari (6491) and Muslim (131) Shaykh Abu Iyad mentions in his article: Through the
natural sexual intimacy between man and woman relationship offspring are conceived, born, raised, matured
and stabilised within a family setting. From here arises the notion of blood ties, relations, and also
various rights, including those which relate to inheritance and property. [https://www.abuiyaad.com/a/biological-sexes-invention-of-gender] It is important for Muslim parents highlight the
differences, virtues and unique qualities of the male and female, in terms of their
creation, while at the same time, clarifying their equality as servants of Allāh, that they are equal
in worship, dealings, justice and the likes, with the few exceptions being only in relation to those rulings
in specific areas which are tied to their differences in physical and biological constitution such as
menstruation for example. [From abu

article=>>https://abukhadeejah.com/lgbtq-homosexuality-gay-muslims-and-islam/] The short answer is No, as long
as homosexual person believes it’s a grave sin in Islam & according to Shaykh Ubayd Al-Jabiri Rahimahullah, “the action is disbelief
& marriage between two men is something which is well known in the Islam. The one who does the Nikah, the
guardian & the two donkey spouses(2males or females) & the two witnesses are all
disbelievers”. However, Muslims who commit major sins (less than major shirk) such as fornication,
robbery or homosexuality whilst affirming their transgression against Allah’s Law and affirming their
sin, they remain within the Religion, albeit with weakness in faith (imān). These people are threatened
by Allah’s punishment in the Hereafter unless they repent from their sins. And if they enter the Fire,
they will not remain in it eternally.[abu

article=>>https://abukhadeejah.com/lgbtq-homosexuality-gay-muslims-and-islam/] In reference to the times of hardship that were to come the Prophet (ﷺ)
stated, “Ahead of you are days of patience, when holding onto the religion
will be like holding onto hot coals, and whomsoever holds onto his religion in that time, then his reward
will be the reward of fifty men.” The Companions said, “O Messenger of Allaah, fifty times the worth of their reward?” He said, “Rather fifty from you.” (Abu Dawood, At-Tirmidhi, Ibn Mājah, Al-Hākim who declared it authentic, Adh-Dhahabi
agreed and Al-Albāni declared it saheeh in
As-Saheehah no. 494) Examples of commands: Worship Allah alone, pray,
fast, give zakah (obligatory charity), perform Hajj, be dutiful and kind to parents, give in charity, wear
hijab, etc. Examples of prohibitions: Idolatry, interest,
adultery, drinking alcohol, murder, stealing, sex before marriage, homosexuality, etc. [abu

article=>>https://abukhadeejah.com/lgbtq-homosexuality-gay-muslims-and-islam/] The Qur’an does not say how homosexuality should be punished, but a saying of
the Prophet (may peace and blessings be upon him) makes clear: “Whoever you
find engaging in the action of the people of Lūt, execute the one who does it, and the one to whom it
is done.” (Ibn Majah 2561, Tirmidhi 1456) This saying must not be used by
individuals as an excuse to enact or incite violence against homosexuals. Prescribed punishments can only be carried out by the legal authority in a country
that practices Islamic Law (i.e. in a Muslim country); and there must be clear evidence that actual sex had
taken place. The Muslim penal code carries out punishments on the basis of the unlawful act that is
committed and not on the basis of a persons’ inclinations where no illegal act has been
committed. This is the view of all of the famous scholars and jurists of Islam in line with the
punishment dealt to the people of Lūt (in the Qur’an) and the hadīth of the Prophet.
A Muslim, regardless of which country he lives in, is not allowed to physically harm
those he regards to be sinners, nor incite others to do so. Vigilantism goes
against Islamic teachings because it creates an anarchic, unjust and disorderly society. [abu

article=>>https://abukhadeejah.com/lgbtq-homosexuality-gay-muslims-and-islam/] In recent times organisations have been established to give support to lesbian, gay,
bi-sexual, transgender (etc) Muslims. These groups do not see their homosexuality as being wrong; they claim
they were born gay, lesbian or trans etc. Furthermore, they do not believe that Allah’s prohibition in
the Quran and Sunnah is applicable in these times; or they believe that these texts do not apply to people
who “are in love”. However, Muslims (almost as a whole) regard homosexuality to be sinful based upon
the clear textual proofs of the Qur’an and Sunnah, the consensus (ijmā’) of the first three
generations after the Prophet, the agreement of the Four well-known Schools of Islamic Jurisprudence and in
accordance with the view of the Sunni scholars spanning more than 1,400 years of Islamic history. Islam teaches that Muslims must obey Allah by doing what he has commanded and by
keeping away from what he has prohibited. A Muslim who legalises (makes permissible) what is clearly forbidden in the Revealed
Texts (Qur’an and Sunnah) such as making lawful fornication, drinking alcohol, gambling or
homosexuality, then that person has left the fold of Islam. They are no longer Muslims. [abu
khadija
article=>>https://abukhadeejah.com/lgbtq-homosexuality-gay-muslims-and-islam/] Some people (who engage in, or justify same-sex relationships) have tried to claim
that the prohibition (in the verse above (Quran 7:80–81)) refers to non-consensual sex between
homosexuals. Others assert it refers to homosexual relationships outside of marriage. Both of
these views clearly contradict this verse because Allah stated: “Indeed,
you practise your lusts on men instead of women.” If the verse was referring to homosexual rape (or non-consensual sex), then that is
equally forbidden against women. However, Allah (in this verse) allowed sex between heterosexuals (within
marriage). Also, if the verse was only forbidding homosexuality outside of marriage, then sex
between a man and woman before marriage is forbidden so why would Allah say: “instead of
women”? Therefore, the only conclusion that can be drawn from this verse is that sexual
relationships between people of the same sex are prohibited. Furthermore, arbitrarily changing one’s gender from male to female (or
vice-versa) does not alter the reality of the prohibition because there is a principle in Islam that states:
“Changing the name of something does not change its reality.”
So changing the name of alcohol to milk does not alter its reality nor the ruling of
prohibition. [abu

article=>>https://abukhadeejah.com/lgbtq-homosexuality-gay-muslims-and-islam/] Homosexuality is a grave sin in Islam. Homosexuality goes against the pure human
nature created by Allah, by making men content with men and women with women, destroying families, adversely affecting the birth rate, causing the spread of killer
diseases, harming the innocent when children are raped, and generally spreading corruption on earth, should
be uprooted and stamped out. The Questionnaire says: The Supreme Court in America has legislated a new rulling, permitting marriage between a man and man & between a woman and woman and you find some Muslims, May Allah guide them, in agreeing to this ruling, saying that if
a man wants to marry another man there is no problem in this, do you have any advice for them? Shaykh Ubayd Al-Jabiri replied: I seek refuge in Allah. They are donkeys, not people. Donkeys dressed as people. This action is disbelief. Marriage between two men is something which is well known in the Islam. The one who
does the Nikah, the guardian & the two donkey spouses(2males or females) & the two witnesses are all
disbelievers because the impermissibility of this is something that is well known. The fact that a
disbelieving country has permitted this is not evidence, this type of evidence is weak. It is narrated about Abdul Malik Ibn Marwan who was one of the leaders of Bani Umayyah & Abdul Malik Ibn Marwan is well known, he is
called the father of the Khualfah(rulers/leaders) because most of the leaders of Bani Umayyah were either
his sons or his grandsons, he (Abdul Malik Ibn Marwan) said : “If it (Homosexuality) was not mentioned
in the Quaran then I would not have said it could take place in this Ummah”, meaning that it is well
known of the religion by necessity(the disgust & impermissibility of it) even with the common
folk. By Allah if you were to ask a elderly general righteous women saying to her “
such and such(man) from the people wants to marry a man,” Do you think she would refrain from cursing
him? By Allah I don’t think she would refrain from cursing and abusing him. I say this is well known in the religion by necessity(by everybody), well known in
the religion by necessity (by everybody) & Nikah (a marriage) is making it permissible. Why did the prophet command a detachement & the narration is in the Sunnah &
is authentic to cut off the head of a man who married his father’s wife? Merely an action, understand
this! this is permitting homosexuality which is something well known in the religion by necessity(by
everybody). Differentiate between the two affairs, the marriage between a man & his
father’s wife & it makes no difference whether he divorced her or died while married to her, this
is making it permissible for her likewise whoever marries a man like her (the same situation but with a man)
then there is no difference(in the ruling). Don’t be confused about this, the action of fornication is a sin & whoever
makes it permissible having knowledge of it & intending it, fulfilling the conditions & removing any
barriers (which may prevent the ruling of disbelief upon him), making it permissible by frank speech then
this one has disbelieved, as for one who is merely does the action of fornication even if it is with a 100
women then this is fisq (disobedience/sin), it is obligatory upon him to repent & he has fell into that
which anger Allah & we have already explained the likes of these affairs. Homosexality likewise differentiates between the action & the marriage,
whichever (man) marries another man this is making it permissible whether he likes it or not, how do we make
it permissible for ourselves our wives? Do we take them by their hands from the houses of their fathers? How? With a correct
marriage contract. Is it not so? And this contract, the marriage contract is done for him, differentiate! May Allah
bless you, O students of knowledge who are present & those of you who are listening, differentiate
between the ambiguous matters. End of speech source: Shaykh
'Ubayd al-Jābirī about Gay Marriage 2. Ibn al-Qayyim Al Jaujiya Al-Hanbali Al-Damasqui
said: “Both of them — fornication and homosexuality — involve immorality
that goes against the wisdom of Allah’s creation and commandment. For homosexuality involves innumerable evil and harms, and the one to whom it is
done would be better off being killed than having this done to him, because after that he will become so
evil and so corrupt that there can be no hope of his being reformed, and all good is lost for him, and he
will no longer feel any shame before Allah or before His creation. The semen of the one who did that to him will act as a poison on his body and
soul. The scholars differed as to whether the one to whom it is done will ever enter Paradise. There are two opinions
which I heard Shaykh al-Islam Ibnu Taymiyah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrate.” (al-Jawab al-Kafi,
p. 115) End of speech The Old Testament is followed by millions of Jews and Christians, and it too forbids
men from having sexual relations with men. Chapters 18 and 20 of Leviticus list prohibited forms of
intercourse: “You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an
abomination.” Chapter 18 verse 22 “If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an
abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them.” Chapter 20 verse 13 Deuteronomy 22:5 states: “A woman must not wear
men’s clothing, nor a man wear women’s clothing, for the Lord, your God, detests anyone who does
this.” This is a clear prohibition of cross-dressing. The New Testament also condemns homosexual practices. Romans 1:26–27 states:
“Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual
relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural
relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men
and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.” Paul wrote in the First Epistle to the Corinthians 6:9–11 states: “Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be
deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men; nor
thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And that
is what some of you were.” The words men who
have sex with men translate two Greek words that refer to the passive and
active participants in homosexual acts. End of Speech from [abu

article=>>https://abukhadeejah.com/lgbtq-homosexuality-gay-muslims-and-islam/] Muslim scholars state that just as people have ‘learned’ to be
homosexual, they can also learn not to be if they choose to correct their behaviour and are helped in that
process; and therefore, they return back to their natural state of being, or at least desist from homosexual
activity if they are not able to be heterosexual(natural sexual intimacy between opposite gender which Allah
created). Shaikh Ibn Bāz (may Allah have mercy on him)
was informed that some youth display signs of feminine behaviour. He advised that they should spend time with men until they learn (to be masculine)
and they benefit from that, and the feminine inclination passes. He was also asked concerning the man who becomes a Muslim but before he embraced Islam he was a practising
homosexual. Once he became a Muslim, he repented from that sinful un-Islamic behaviour. However,
his soul desires homosexuality. Shaikh Ibn Bāz answered by saying:
“He should cling to his repentance and all praise is for Allah.” (See
Sharh Bulūgh Al-Marām, Kitāb Al-Hudūd,
https://binbaz.org.sa/audios/125/) Clinging to repentance means to give up the sin, feel remorse for disobeying Allah, seek
Allah’s forgiveness and be resolute in not returning back to the sin. Today some people think that a person can be born homosexual — and through
this, they justify their sexual leanings. However, Islam teaches that every child is born upon the
fitrah, a natural inclination, which means that they were
created with inclinations that God is pleased with for human beings and fulfil the natural functions of the
body. With that in mind, Muslim scholars state that homosexuality comes about due to a
corruption of the natural state which can be
triggered by various events and environmental factors such as: [abu

permitted to imitate or resemble the men or the unbelievers [in that which specifically identifies them and
their behaviour]―not in fashion, custom, the way they talk or walk, or anything else. And it is not permitted for a man to imitate a woman in her fashion, behaviour,

article: https://abukhadeejah.com/hadeeth-6-women-imitating-men-in-clothing-behaviour-speech-danger-of-radical-feminism/] Ibn ‘Abbas said the Prophet cursed the mukhannaths among men and the women who imitated men,
saying, “Put them out of your houses.” Bukhari transmitted it. [ Mishkat al-Masabih 4428] Note:
The same word Mukhannas is also used for intersex(Kinner) people in hadith who are born like that. Here
prophet cursed men who imitate women & women who imitiate men. Third: Separate your children’s bed when they
reached the age of 10 It is not permissible for two who have reached the age of puberty to sleep together
under one blanket. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Teach your children
to pray when they are seven years old and smack them if they do not do so when
they are ten years old, and separate them in their beds.” Narrated by Ahmad,
6689; Abu Dawood, 495; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani. [Taken from https://abdurrahman.org/2014/10/30/a-mature-child-sleeping-on-the-same-bed-with-his-mother-and-sister/] Your first and foremost priority should be yourself, your wife, and your
children. If they come across such things through any medium — like the internet, movies, or porn
— then you must teach them properly. Explain to them that homosexuality (same-gender sexual
relationships) is different from intersex (Kinner) people. Intersex individuals are those born with
biological differences in their sexual organs or chromosomes, which is a matter of creation, whereas
homosexuality is a chosen behavior and a sinful act in Islam.” Terminologies: Kinner, Intersex, Hermaphrodites, Hijda or
xhakkha in Asian Countries(India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal), Effeminate(Mukhannas) the one who is not
cursed in hadith are the same thing. Intersex(Kinner) people at the time of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him:
The term Mukhannas(مُخَنَّثٌ) appeared in our classical hadith collection of Sahih Al-Bukhari by Imam Muhammad Ismail
Al-Bukhari Rahimahullah & in the collection of Sahih Muslim by Imam Muslim. The two Sahih/authentic
books of prophet tradition i.e. Sahih Bukhari & Sahih Muslim after the Quran. The same term Mukhannas is also
used for people who imitate the opposite gender like men imitate women or women imitate men & they are
cursed by the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him. Narrated Um Salama: that once the Prophet (ﷺ)
was in her house, and an effeminate man was there
too. The effeminate man said to `Abdullah, (Um Salama’s brother) “0 `Abdullah! If Ta’if
should be conquered tomorrow, I recommend you the daughter of Ghailan, for she is so fat that she has four
curves in the front (of her belly) and eight at the back.” So the
Prophet (ﷺ) said (to his wives) “These effeminate (men) should not enter upon you (your
houses). [Sahih al-Bukhari 5887] Umm Salama reported that she had a eunuch (as a slave) in her house.
Allah’s Messenger imay peace be upon him) was once in the house that he (the eunuch) said to the
brother of Umm Salama: Abdullahb. Aba Umayya. if Allah grants you victory in Ta’if on the next day, I
will show you the daughter of Ghailan for she has four folds (upon her body) on the front side of her
stomach and eight folds on the back. Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) heard
this and he said: Such (people) should not visit you.[Sahih Muslim 2180] Imam Al-Nawawi said: “The scholars said effeminate men are two types. First, one who was created
that way and he is not responsible for his behavior resembling women, their appearance, their speech, and
their movements. Rather, Allah created him upon his disposition, so this is not blameworthy for him, nor a
fault, nor a sin, nor is he punished. He has the excuse of not being able to control that. For this reason, the Prophet (ṣ) did not condemn him at first when he entered
the homes of women, nor his behavior as it was originally his disposition. Indeed, he condemned his behavior
after his deliberate imitation of women was made known to him, and he did not condemn his description as an
effeminate man in itself… Second, an effeminate man whose disposition is not like that. Rather, he is
responsible for his behavior resembling women, their movements, their appearance, their speech, and
mimicking their presentation. This is blameworthy as has come in the authentic traditions cursing
him… As for the first type, he is not cursed.” [Sharḥ al-Nawawī ‘alá Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim
2180] End of Speech Imam Al-Nawawi “intersex” people, those born without fully formed male or female
organs, and their behavioural characteristics are rooted in their incompletely distinguished biology.
There are Islamic rulings pertaining to such people and harming and oppressing them or making fun of them is not permissible. However, this should not be confused with “gender
ideology” in the West, which is an ideological weapon for indoctrination,
sexual perversion, destruction of family, reshaping of society and confiscation of private property which is
the goal behind many of these ideologies masqueraded as science, progress, “inclusion” and
“equality” From [Shaykh Abu Iyaad Amjad Rafiq article: https://www.abuiyaad.com/a/biological-sexes-invention-of-gender] We use “intersex” in some content about people with differences in sex development (DSD) because some people
prefer it to DSD. DSD involves genes, hormones and reproductive organs, including genitals. A
person’s physical sex development, internally, externally or both can be different to most other
people’s. Most people with DSD have a clear sex that is registered at birth. Some adults with
DSD prefer the term “intersex” to DSD but they may want to keep their legal sex as male or
female. Other people see “intersex” as distinct from male and female. [From NHS article => https://service-manual.nhs.uk/content/inclusive-content/sex-gender-and-sexuality] Differences in sex development (DSD) is a group of rare
conditions involving genes, hormones and reproductive organs, including
genitals. It means a person’s sex development is different to most other people’s. Sometimes the term Disorders of Sex Development is used, as is Variations in Sex
Characteristics (VSC) or Diverse Sex Development. Some people prefer to use the term intersex. [from NHS article: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/differences-in-sex-development/] From the above reference medically and Islamically, These people(intersex) born like that and they didn’t have any choice where
Lesbian, gay or transgender people choose to be like that through surgery or by engaging in sexual intimacy
between the same gender. The one who is female from the outside but has sexual attraction towards women is
called an effeminate man that’s why when the prophet heard the lusty saying on women while the
effeminated men were in women’s circle then he ordered his wives not to allow this effiminated man
again in your house. The opposite is effeminate women, who are men outwardly but has sexual attraction
towards men is called effeminated women. The hadith in which the prophet cursed people who are
male but behave like a woman & female but behave like a male which in
essence is LGBTQ.And prophet used the same word Al-Mukhanniseen(الْمُخَنَّثِينَ)
The Prophet (ﷺ) cursed effeminate men (those men who are in the similitude (assume the manners of women) and those women who
assume the manners of men, and he said, “Turn them out of your houses .” The Prophet (ﷺ)
turned out such-and-such man, and `Umar turned out such-and-such woman.Sahih al-Bukhari 5886 It is found in our Asian
communities, some of them are not born intersex but they appear themselves by
dressing, talking and behaving like intersex(Kinner) people so that they can participate with them and earn
good handsome money by begging, threatening to people for cursing, singing, dancing or begging on
post-wedding. So here one should clearly understand that the same word Mukhannas is used in both sahih bukhari/muslim hadith but the context
& its meaning is different as Dr Muhammad Muhsin Khan put in brackets. And Imam Nawai Rahimahullah
explained it in Sarh Al-Muslim. Types of Intersex(Kinner) people If a woman is not married then it can be a sign of
an intersex(Kinner) category of people. A proper Medical checkup is needed in this case. Because some intersex people only find out about their DSD later on in life, like at puberty or as an adult. It’s even
possible to have intersex traits and never know.[soure Healthline article https://www.healthline.com/health/sex-chromosomes#faq] If a woman is married and has children then it’s a
hormone imbalance problem in which the male (androgens)hormone is increased massively which causes facial
hair like men on women’s faces. Or it could be due to PCOS disease or due to some medications. A
proper checkup is needed even if women have children. This is called Hairtsuism. It is found that they keep secrets because of shame from society, and guilt. According to NHS(National Health Service) official website of the UK: Hirsutism is where women have thick,
dark hair on their face, neck, chest, tummy, lower back,
buttocks or thighs. [Read nhs article about hirsutism(https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/hirsutism/)] The short answer is: Just
like humans are born deaf, dumb, blind, and disabled same way these intersex humans are born. The ratio is
very rare. Yes, it is very sad if someone is born intersex(Kinner) in a family. The whole
family can be in a very shocking situation and go into depression mode. Generally, parents and families can do two things in this part of life. But it is also found that parents and family keep
secrets and they do surgery just to get their children married and society
can’t able to identify. This is fraud and parents like should fear Allah if you going to destroy
someone’s life. This is called oppression(Zulm) against Allah’s creation. Whether it’s punishment or a test from Allah, you are continuous in
Tawbah(repentance) and doing good deeds. No matter what happened in your life or what’s happening in
your life, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do Tawbah and righteous deeds. Shaykh Abdullah Al-Lahmani mentions: Don’t busy
yourself thinking is it a trial(test) or punishment, continue your ibada(worship) and ask Allah for
forgiveness because you are continuous whether it’s a trial or punishment. [ from Masjid Darrusunnah
link: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/rtJQ4WwuGy0 ] Answered by our Father Shaikh Sālih Ibn Fawzān Al-Fawzān
The Questioner asks: How does a servant know if that
which Allāh has decreed to befall him is a punishment or a test and an exam from Allāh? Sheikh Sālih Al-Fawzān replied: “He looks
to himself and holds himself to account. If he has sins and evil deeds, then it is a punishment, and a
warning from Allāh so that he may make tawbah. And if it is the case that he does not have any sins — although there is
nobody who is free from sins except if Allāh wills. However, if it is decreed that he has no sin, then
it may be an elevation of his rank. It is possible that it is written for a person that he has a rank in
Paradise that he cannot attain by way of his actions alone. So Allāh trials him with calamities, so
that Allāh may by way of them elevate his station with Himself (subhānahū wa
ta’ālā). Verily Allāh is the All-Wise and All-Knowing! He does not restrict a servant at
all and he does not vengefully decree things in order to harm a person. Rather he decrees them for the
benefit of the believer, forever and always. As for the hypocrite and the disbeliever then Allāh decrees them as a
punishment upon them. This is wisdom from Allāh (subhānahū wa ta’ālā).
So the calamities are for the believers a purification, and for the
Disbeliever they are punishment and destruction. In this there is no doubt. So the Muslim holds himself to account, and he knows: ‘Nothing befalls you of
calamity except due to that which your own hands have earned. And [Allāh] pardons
much.’” Translation Date: 29 December 2021 By Abdullāh ibn Abdul-Wāhid Alam The situation of intersex people varies greatly depending on factors such as
location, cultural attitudes, and legal frameworks. As for Asian countries: India,
Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, SriLanka As many as 1
in 100 people are born with a difference in sex development (DSD), which is another term for intersex. According to the Intersex Society of North America,
about 1
in 1,500 to 1 in 2,000 people are determined intersex
at birth. However, some intersex people only find out about their DSD later on in life,
like at puberty or as an adult. It’s even possible to have intersex traits and never know. This number depends on how you define “intersex.” Many people have
variations in sex differences that are not apparent to others. As such, some clinicians might not consider
them intersex. — [soure health line https://www.healthline.com/health/sex-chromosomes#faq] Babies who are intersex may have noticeable differences in their genitalia —
but they also may not. Sometimes, intersex traits can involve internal organs or hormone production and are
not apparent until puberty or at all — [https://www.healthline.com/health/baby/what-does-intersex-look-like#considerations] Intersex isn’t a disease, and it can’t be “cured.” So in
that sense, there’s no treatment. It’s possible to have health conditions that need to be addressed that relate
to intersex anatomy. For example, if you have a uterus but no uterine opening, you may have painful
menstrual cycles in which the blood doesn’t exit your body. In this case, you may want to have surgery
to create an opening. But this isn’t “treating intersex.” This is treating a closed
uterus — [https://www.healthline.com/health/baby/what-does-intersex-look-like#considerations] There is no direct ayah in the Qur’an and no direct hadith from the Prophet ﷺ as far I know from any reliable scholars that legislates rulings on khunthā (intersex/hermaphrodite) people. 🔹 What we actually have are: 👉 So, to clarify: As per the verse in Surah Ash-Shura, I thought the scholars of tafsir mentioned
intersex people, but when I checked Tafsir Ibn Kathir, it does not appear from the scholars’
understanding. "To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He creates
what He wills. He gives to whom He wills female children, and He gives to whom He wills male children, or He
couples them, males and females, and He makes barren whom He wills. Indeed, He is Knowing and
Competent."
Whatever he wills happens, and whatever He does not will does not
happen. He gives to whomsoever He wills and withholds from whomsoever he wills; none can withhold what He
gives, and none can give what He withholds, and He creates whatever He wills. يَهَبُ
لِمَن يَشَآءُ
إِنَـثاً (He bestows female upon whom He wills.) means, He gives them daughters
only. Al-Baghawi said, "And among them (those who were given daughters only) was Lut, peace be upon
him." وَيَهَبُ
لِمَن يَشَآءُ
الذُّكُورَ (and bestows male upon whom He wills.) means, He gives them sons only.
Al-Baghawi said, "Like Ibrahim Al-Khalil, peace be upon him, who did not have any
daughters." أَوْ
يُزَوِّجُهُمْ
ذُكْرَاناً
وَإِنَـثاً (Or He bestows both males and females,) means, He gives to whomsoever
He wills both males and females, sons and daughters. Al-Baghawi said, "Like Muhammad ." وَيَجْعَلُ
مَن يَشَآءُ
عَقِيماً (and He renders barren whom He wills. ) means, so that he has no
children at all. Al-Baghawi said, "Like Yahya and `Isa, peace be upon them." So people are divided
into four categories: some are given daughters, some are given sons, some are given both sons and daughters,
and some are not given either sons or daughters, but they are rendered barren, with no offspring. إِنَّهُ
عَلِيمٌ (Verily, He is the All-Knower) means, He knows who deserves to be in
which of these categories. Source: Summarized Tafsir ibn Katheer
👉 Conclusion: The Qur’an doesn’t directly legislate rulings for
intersex; scholars understood its existence under Allah’s will of creation, and the detailed rulings were developed in fiqh.
When a child is born with deformed genitalia or genitalia that is asset or genitalia
that is not defined as male or female. This refer to intersex(Kinner). They have been there throughout
history, they are mentioned in the hadith of sahih bukhari [shaykh abu khadija link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ckzZtCWaWrE] Artificial man fully functioning, physiology male, genitalia male, primary and
secondary male characteristics in that person, he wants to transition from male to female that is
transgender, not intersex people. There have always been intersex people throughout history. Don’t
compare transgender to intersex(Kinner) people. How they are treated is based upon, what is overwhelming in their sexual
characteristics/ If they are overwhelming male-defined characteristics like built-in height and voice, hair,
the manner they speak & their outward characteristics are male then they are placed alongside the males
even though they may not have male genitalia or it is deformed or it is crossed between a male or a female.
[shaykh abu khadija link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ckzZtCWaWrE] When it comes to the sexual desire of intersex(Kinner) people, it can be divided
into 4 subcategories categories: Unambiguous(Clear): Ambiguous(Not clear or doubtful) Ibn Qudaamah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: One who is intersex must be either ambiguous(not clear or doubtful) or
unambiguous. Shaykh Ibn Qudaamah In case of ambiguous matter: The
scholars of Fiqh(Jury) mention in their books: that If it is an ambiguous(not
clear or doubtful) case, then the marriage of such a person cannot be valid.
In the case of an intersex individual, if it is not known whether he is male or
female, it is not permissible for him to get married. In case of an unambiguous matter: if it becomes clear that intersex is male or female,
then marriage is valid, so long as you seek advice in such a case from a trustworthy doctor who specializes
in hereditary matters and the like, in order to confirm his gender and the possibility of
marrying. But one must inform the bride or
bridegroom’s parents about this issue. As I mentioned above from the
healthline medical article source, sometimes intersex people are known after puberty or when they become
adults which is also mentioned by our scholars of Fiqh. As I mentioned above, according to the Healthline medical article, sometimes
intersex people are only identified after puberty or when they become adults, which is also noted by our
scholars of fiqh. In some cases, parents are aware of their child’s intersex condition but choose to
hide it initially, thinking that revealing it would bring shame, fear of social judgment, or loss of status.
These parents may arrange a marriage for their intersex child without disclosing the condition, and only
after the child grows up does the intersex nature become apparent. Allah decrees evil upon parents who act
unjustly in this way, because hiding the truth and deceiving others is wrong. Therefore, fear Allah and act
with justice in all matters. In some cases, an extra physical trait or condition may be present in the child,
which is only discovered later. Parents may seek medical guidance to correct or remove it for the purpose of
marriage. However, this issue must be carefully examined, particularly if it relates to the child’s
physical appearance or reproductive system. Such parents should not marry off their child simply out of fear of societal shame or community judgment. Instead,
they should fear Allah and be honest, informing
others about their child’s condition before arranging a marriage. To sum up, if the case is not clear or has doubtful
matter about intersex people on marriage issue, then marriage is not valid and one should not get married.
If matter is clear(unambiguous), then you should do proper medical checkup, inform your partners parents
because scholars of Fiqh used the word, they may get
marry not intersex definitely should get marry without understanding properly about their gender, physical
appearance and reproductive system organs. Also, You should always have clear differences between
those who born like that(intersex people) & those who choose to corrupt human nature. An exception doesn’t generalize things. You see people born with
disability, deaf, dumb & blind but do we say that they choose to be like that Nah, they are born like
that wherese LGBTQ is proper human un-natural destruction in the world. so don’t be confused.
I have been watching speakers corner since 2018 A.D. & I am fully aware of the
Dawah scenes. Now, I stick with the spubs network & learning the core beliefs(Aqidah) especially beliefs
of Tawheed of Allah & his Names & Attributes from Masjid Darrusunnah & spubs network. I only take shamshi(Shamshuddin Abu Aisha Bensafi) video from external speakers
corner channel like Sam Dawah, sfDawah, Dawah2Soul, lets uniteuponhaq & so on because they just record
corner video, weekly. so don’t be confused. I don’t promote & praise whatsoever ali needs dawah(ali dawah),
mohammad hijab, mansoor, hashim, shaykh mohammad, Zeeshan(Smile2jannah), Adnan Rashid, uncle Abbas, Ridwan,
Namzul, Uncle Usman, Aziz, Uncle Lamin, Uncle Paul, muhammad ali(muslim lantern), siraj & son on likes
them because among them are individual misguided & excessive liars,
slanderer, mix with truth & falsehood like Ali dawah & Mohammad hijaab known for it. second some of them openly promote Ahlebidah & sit with
Ahlebidah as an full time Islamic caller like Adnan Rashid promote openly Misguided Mufti Menk &
others. Third All of them mention by name above have no
clarity whatsoever, they don’t clarify to laymen, a lot of confusion, they don’t have proper
knowledge, indulge with a lot of proving islam through science, no simple
dawah according to Quran, sunnah & way of the salaf, they don’t like
to clarify when among them become misguided. Fourth, some of them known to hang out with them like
Shaykh Muhammad. Fifth some of them don’t
clarify specific situation to laymen like br Muhammad Ali(muslim lantern) & he like to avoid controversy
within muslim dawah even though individual clearly oppose the beliefs of AhleSunnah wal-jamah like in case
of M.Haijaab, Misguided Daniel Haqaqitute. Sixth, some them are only focus on Ahlekitab(jews &
christian) & Atheism like br & hashim & br Mansoor & they are not known to focus on muslim,
clarifying the misguidance of misguided muslim beliefs & ideologies like barelvi, deobandi, ashari,
matirudi, ikhwani, sururi, qutubi but one thing is they don’t speak against spubs(salafi
publication). Seventh, like of seraj, I don’t know about him, he
just appear somewhere & start refuting Christians, no proper knowledge, who’s his teacher, where
did he studied, who’s in network with. Similarly, I don’t understand, uncle Paul, on his
channel, he invite Asrar Rashid & like others. Same other reasons goes to other speakers corner

Nah, these homosexual people are not like intersex(Kinner) people. Now, What is LGBTQ? And explain their meaning
Intersex(Kinner) is a term used to describe a variety of
physical conditions in which an individual’s reproductive or sexual anatomy doesn’t fit typical definitions of male or female. This can
involve a combination of male and female biological features or ambiguous genitalia. Intersex is not a
medical condition or a disorder; rather, it’s a natural biological
variation.
