What You Will Learn in This Series About the LGBTQ+ Movement, Intersex People, and the Reality of Human Natural Disposition (Fitrah).
The article presents that Islam(mankind's way of living and worshipping the true creator) teaches that human beings are created upon a natural disposition (fitrah) as either male or female, beginning with Adam and Eve. This natural order is presented as the foundation of family life, marriage, procreation, and social stability. According to the article, modern LGBTQ+ ideas are described as a corrupt, evil to this natural order because they promote same-sex relationships, gender transition, and imitation of the opposite gender.
A clear distinction is made between intersex individuals and LGBTQ+ identities. Intersex people are described as those born with biological variations that are not their choice, and Islamic teachings are said to treat them with compassion while assigning gender based on dominant characteristics. In contrast, the article claims that homosexuality, transgender identity, and deliberate imitation of the opposite gender are conscious choices that go against the natural disposition(fitrah) created by Allah.
The article then explains five main categories:
- Same-sex relationships (Homosexuality) are described as major sins in Islam and are linked to the story of the people of Prophet Lūt (Lot) in the Qur’an.
- Gender transition (Transgenderism) through surgery or hormone replacement is presented as changing the creation of Allah and is done by personal choice, not necessity.
- Intentional imitation of the opposite gender is described as forbidden and cursed based on the sayings of the Last Prophet ﷺ, applying to men imitating women and women imitating men.
- Intersex people are treated separately, as their condition is natural, not sinful, and they are given specific rulings and compassion in Sharia.
- Heterosexual relationships (Fitrah) reflect the natural human disposition intended by Allah and are the lawful and intended form of intimacy and marriage. This is how human civilization continues, and it is only permissible within the framework of a legal marital contract.
Another key point in the article is that having sinful thoughts is not considered sinful unless acted upon, and Muslims are encouraged to struggle against such desires (jihād an-nafs). The article also claims that modern media and social movements are normalizing LGBTQ behaviors that Islam considers immoral and warns readers to protect themselves, mankind and future generations.
Overall, the article’s main goal is to present LGBTQ+ issues from a traditional Islamic perspective based on the Qur’an, Hadith, and the understanding of early Muslim scholars, while clearly distinguishing between choices made by human beings just because they feel like it and those who have no choice at all, but are created by Allah with mixed biological sex organs and physical characteristics, where the stronger and more obvious signs determine whether they are placed in the male or female category.

Introduction: The Reality of LGBTQ+, Intersex, and Opposite-Gender Imitation
Human beings are created by Allāh upon a natural disposition(known as fiṭrah) as male or female, beginning with Ādam and Ḥawwāʾ (Eve), peace be upon them. This natural order(fitrah) forms the foundation of families, societies, and human life. Marriage, procreation, and the raising of children are all rooted in this fiṭrah, which is designed to maintain balance, stability, and moral guidance in human civilization.
However, in recent decades, a global movement has emerged that tries to change this natural order. The LGBTQ+ movement promotes behaviors and identities that go against the biological distinction between male and female through homosexuality, transgenderism, and imitation of the opposite gender. Social media, entertainment, and online platforms constantly expose people to such practices, normalizing them and influencing minds away from the natural fiṭrah.
Intersex individuals, who are born neither completely male nor completely female, are a distinct matter. In Islam, their rulings are clear: they are classified according to whichever gender characteristics are predominant, whether at birth or when these traits appear at puberty. Today, modern medical technology makes it easier to determine which gender traits are dominant. Islam does not recognize a third gender. Intersex people do not choose their condition; it is created by Allāh, and they are sent into this world through their mother’s womb as a test for themselves, their families, and society. This is very different from LGBTQ+ individuals, who actively choose to alter or redefine their gender through surgery, hormone replacement, or through other means. While intersex is a natural condition and not a matter of choice, the practices promoted by the LGBTQ+ movement are deliberate actions that oppose the natural fiṭrah established by Allāh.
Islam doesn't deny that human beings can have sinful desires. If someone feels attraction toward the same gender, it doesn't mean the person should say it or commit an evil action. Just like a father can have sexual thoughts and attraction toward his daughter, or vice versa, a sister can have sexual thoughts and attraction toward her brother, that doesn't mean someone should perform incest[1] or speak about it.
The Prophet ﷺ said, " A person is not held accountable for evil thoughts as long as they do not act on them or speak of them”:
“Allah has forgiven my followers the evil thoughts that occur in their minds, as long
as such thoughts are not put into action or uttered.”
(Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 5269,
Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 127a)
Islam encourages fighting against one's own sinful desires, which is called jihād an-nafs. Scholars like Allāmah Shaykh ʿAbdul ʿAzīz bin Bāz (rahimahullāh)[2] have provided guidance for those who have sexual feelings toward the same gender, and we will see this in the compilation guide in this article. But if someone opens a clinic to counsel and treat homosexual behavior and transgender feelings in Western countries, the government often shuts it down. This shows how far they are heading toward evil.
This book aims to clarify the reality of LGBTQ+ practices, intersex people, and opposite-gender imitation in light of the Qur’an, Sunnah, and the understanding of the Salaf, as well as the works of contemporary Sunni-Salafi scholars. It explains how these practices contradict fiṭrah, disrupt families, and corrupts the natural moral and social order. It also addresses the influences of modern media, social trends, and ideological movements that encourage imitation of the opposite gender and the normalization of immoral behaviors.
By understanding the truth, readers can recognise the wisdom behind Allāh’s creation, preserve their fiṭrah, and protect themselves, their families, and their communities from confusion and corruption. This book is written for anyone seeking clarity on these issues and guidance on maintaining a life in accordance with natural disposition and divine guidance.
The LGBTQ+ movement has caused widespread confusion about human sexuality and gender. Many are seeking clarity on what reflects true “natural disposition (fitrah)” versus “human-made choice.”
This article examines same-sex relationships(homosexuality), gender transition(transgender), opposite gender imitation(mukhannath), and gender biological variations(intersex or hermaphrodite), along with Islamic rulings as explained by scholars and well-grounded students of knowledge, based upon the Quran, Sunnah, and the understanding of the Salaf.
Note for first-time readers:
If this is your first time reading about these topics, the content may disturb, shock, or
make you feel uncomfortable—just as it did for me initially. Don’t worry. I am writing this because I can
see that these issues are beginning to appear in Nepal, just as some Western countries have legalised
same-gender intimacy and marriage between men or between women.
For example, I once saw someone promoting LGBTQ content in Nepal through Facebook paid ads. Of course, such initiatives are often pushed by non-Muslims (kuffar) with an evil agenda that opposes the natural order and Islamic values.
The photo you are seeing above is from the Facebook Ads Library, where an ad is promoting the LGBTQ+ movement in Nepal through a paid Facebook ad campaign. In this campaign, they are demanding that LGBTQ+ people also have the right to vote. This ad was run when the date for parliamentary voting was set on 5 March 2026. As of now, I am documenting this on March 29, 2026, with the current Prime Minister being Mr. Balendra Shah.
You can see how, through Facebook ads, this LGBTQ+ movement is being spread in Nepal. So, be alert, because in the future, just like you see in Hollywood, Bollywood, dramas, movies, web series, cartoons, and comedies on YouTube and Facebook, you will also see this in Nepal. Because this agenda is being pushed in Nepal as well, and these dangerous people have also included intersex individuals in it. That is why I wrote LGBTQ+. These intersex(hermaphrodite) people, who are born this way, not fully male or female in terms of sexual organs and physical characteristics, have also been added to this campaign. So, stay aware.

At the same time, this discussion is meant to awaken and warn us about the direction in which the world is heading, and to remind us of our responsibility toward the coming generations. Islam provides guidance and solutions for every situation, and following its teachings is the only way to protect ourselves, our families, and our communities from the torment of eternal hellfire.
This article examines the following five main categories:
1. Same-Sex Acts (Homosexuality):
Sexual relationships or marriage between men and men (Gay) or between women and women
(Lesbian) are referred to as homosexuality.
Al-Allamah
Shaykh ‘Ubayd al-Jābirī rahimahullah stated[3]:
“…those who openly perform marriage (Nikah) between men and men, or women and women (same-gender unions), are considered disbelievers (Kafir).”
This ruling applies specifically to those who openly reject the prohibition and justify same-gender marriage as permissible. In other words, if someone knowingly claims that such marriages or same-sex (men with men or women with women) sexual relationships are allowed in Islam, they fall into disbelief.
Also, if someone knowingly performs a marriage (nikāh) between the same gender, and those who testify to it, they are all disbelievers without any doubt, as stated by Al-Allamah Shaykh Ubayd al-jabiri rahimahullah, because how do we make it permissible for ourselves, our wives?
Do we take them by their hands from the houses of their fathers? How? With a correct marriage contract. Is it not so?. May Allah save us.See this index[4] for full speech of shaykh Ubayad.
However, for a person who commits homosexual acts privately but still recognizes these acts as sinful and forbidden in Islam, the ruling is different. Such a person remains a Muslim, but they are committing a major sin (kabirah).
This is similar to other major sins in Islam, such as:
- Zina (adultery or fornication)
- Usury (interest or riba)
- Lying
- Murder
Committing these acts knowingly does not make one a disbeliever as long as they do not claim these sins are permissible in Islam. The person is held accountable before Allah for these major sins and must repent to avoid punishment.
Key point: Disbelief (kufr) is tied to openly rejecting Allah’s laws or declaring what is prohibited to be permissible, or in some cases by performing an action itself—such as conducting a marriage between the same gender. In this case, the act itself proves that the person has fallen into disbelief, not simply someone committing a sin privately while knowing it is forbidden.
Shaykh Abu Khadeejah mentions in his article:
“Muslims (almost as a whole) regard homosexuality to be sinful based upon the clear textual proofs of the Qur’an and Sunnah, the consensus (ijmā’) of the first three generations after the Prophet, the agreement of the Four well-known Schools(Hanafi, Maliki, Shafai, Hanbali) of Islamic Jurisprudence and in accordance with the view of the Sunni-Salafi scholars spanning more than 1,400 years of Islamic history.
Islam teaches that Muslims must obey Allah by doing what he has commanded and by keeping away from what he has prohibited.
A Muslim who legalises (makes permissible) what is clearly forbidden in the Revealed Texts (Qur’an and Sunnah) such as making lawful fornication, drinking alcohol, gambling or homosexuality, then that person has left the fold of Islam. They are no longer Muslims.
However, Muslims who commit major sins (less than idolatry) such as fornication, robbery or homosexuality whilst affirming their transgression against Allah’s Law and affirming their sin, they remain within the Religion, albeit with weakness in faith (imān). These people are threatened by Allah’s punishment in the Hereafter unless they repent from their sins. And if they enter the Fire, they will not remain in it eternally.” End source: The LGBTQ Movement: Homosexuality and Islam: Understanding Muslim Attitudes To Homosexuality (Islam 5.7) direct link: https://abukhadeejah.com/lgbtq-homosexuality-gay-muslims-and-islam/

Same-Gender Sexual Acts (Homosexuality) in Quran & Sunnah:
Same-gender sexual intimacy is mentioned in the Quran in relation to the people of Prophet Lūṭ عليه السلام, and similar prohibitions are found in the scriptures revealed to the Ahle-Kitab (Jews and Christians), namely the Tawrat (Torah) and Injil (Gospel).
Allah says in the Quran:
“And remember Lot (Lūt) when he said to his people: ‘Do you commit the worst sin such
as none before you have committed among creation? Indeed, you practice your lusts on men instead of women.
Nay, but you are a people transgressing beyond bounds.’”
[Quran 7:80-81, source: Abu Khadija article,
https://abukhadeejah.com/lbtq-homosexuality-gay-muslims-and-islam/]
The people of Lūt used to have sexual intercourse with men instead of women, a practice unknown among the Children of Adam before them. This act was invented by the people of Sodom(city), and Allah’s curse is upon them.
The Quran also states:
“You come to the men of creation and you leave those wives whom Allah has
created for you? Nay! You are a transgressing people.”
[Quran 26:165-166]
Hadith evidence:
- Ibn ‘Abbās narrated that the Messenger of Allah (صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) said:
“The curse of Allah is upon the one who engages in the act of the People of Lūt. The
curse of Allah is upon the one who engages in the act of the People of Lūt. The curse of Allah is upon the
one who engages in the act of the People of Lūt.”
(Musnad Imām
Ahmad 4/292, graded Saheeh by Ahmad Shākir; As-Silsilatus-Sahīhah no. 6432 by Al-Albāni)
- Jābir reported:
“What I fear most for my followers is the act of the People of
Lūt.”
(At-Tirmidhi 1457, Ibn Mājah 2563, graded Hasan by
Al-Albāni)
This warning has become a reality today. In dramas, web series, movies, and other media—produced by Muslim or non-Muslim directors—one can find depictions of women kissing other women, men kissing men, and both men and women imitating the opposite gender. Such behaviours are not limited to adult content; they are often presented indirectly in Bollywood, Hollywood, web series, dramas, and even cartoons. Popular shows like The Simpsons and other children’s media subtly manipulate young audiences, normalizing homosexual behavior and gender imitation.
Homosexuality and deliberate imitation of the opposite gender are being promoted, displayed, and sometimes celebrated in mainstream culture, making the Last Prophet’s ﷺ warning increasingly relevant.
- Ibn ‘Abbās reported the Prophet (صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) said:
“Cursed is the one who engages in intercourse with an animal; cursed is the one who
does the action of the People of Lūt.”
(Musnad Ahmad 1878, graded
Saheeh by Al-Albāni, Sahih al-Jami’, no. 5891)
- Ibn ‘Abbās also narrated:
“Whoever you find doing the deed of the people of Lūt, kill the one who does it and
the one to whom it is done.”
(Al-Tirmidhi 1456; Abu Dawud 4462; Ibn
Majah 2561, graded Saheeh by Al-Albāni, Sahih al-Jami’, no. 6589)
Note: The execution of this ruling is to be carried out only by Muslim authorities in Muslim countries, and only after the proof has been fully established, as explained by scholars.

Homosexuality is considered a well-known major sin in Islam and is also contrary to the natural disposition (fitrah) of human beings. In this article, we will examine it in detail, along with its social, moral, and religious implications.
2. Gender Transition (Transgenderism):
The ruling on changing one’s gender from male to female or female to male through surgery or medicines, simply because of personal feelings. What these people are doing has a share in the saying of Iblīs.
Allah says in the Quran:
"And I will mislead them, and I will arouse in them [sinful] desires, and I will command them so they will slit the ears of cattle, and I will command them so they will change the creation of Allāh. And whoever takes Satan as an ally instead of Allāh has certainly sustained a clear loss." [Quran 4:119] source: [Taken from Shaykh AbuIyaad article: The Two Biological Sexes and the Invention of Gender Identity | AbuIyaad.Com ]
Note: We all have feelings to commit evil—for example, a father may have sexually lustful thoughts toward his daughter, a mother toward her son, or a brother toward his sister. This does not mean we are to act upon them or utter such thoughts. Feeling something does not obligate action; one must abstain from it.
The Prophet (ﷺ) said:
"Allah has forgiven my
followers the evil thoughts that occur to their minds, as long as such thoughts are not put into action or
uttered." - [Sahih al-Bukhari 5269, Sahih Muslim 127a, Sahih Al-Bukhaari 6491, Sahih
Muslim 131].
The summarised tafsir of Surah An-Nas verse 4 (114:4) - مِن شَرِّ ٱلْوَسْوَاسِ ٱلْخَنَّاسِ by Al-Allamah Imam Muhsin Khan and Muhammad Taqiyuddin Al-Hilali mentions in the footnotes:
Narrated Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه: The Last Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said,
"The (Hell) Fire is surrounded by all kinds of desires and passions, while
Paradise is surrounded by all kinds of disliked undesirable things."
(Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 8, Hadith No. 494)
This means that uncontrolled desires and animalistic passions lead a person toward the Fire. In contrast, self-control, patience, chastity, and obedience to Allah and His Messenger ﷺ lead a person toward Paradise.
What leads to Hell is easy to do, while what leads to Paradise is difficult to do. End.
3. Intentional Imitation (Mukhnnash by
choice):
This category addresses those who are born as fully functioning males but choose to imitate women in speech, dress, or mannerisms—an act specifically cursed in the Hadith of the Last Prophet Muhammad (صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ). The ruling applies similarly to women who imitate men.
As narrated by Ibn `Abbas:
“The Prophet (ﷺ) cursed effeminate men (those men who are in the similitude—assume
the manners of women) and those women who assume the manners of men, and he said, 'Turn them out of your
houses.' The Prophet (ﷺ) turned out such-and-such man, and `Umar turned out such-and-such
woman.”
(Sahih al-Bukhari 5886)
This clearly shows that intentional imitation of the opposite gender, when one is biologically male or female, is forbidden and cursed, regardless of reason or context.
Modern manifestations:
- You will see, in Hindi web series, English web series, Korean web series, and other web series, as well as in movies, comedy videos, pornography, and even some weddings—both in Muslim households and non-Muslim households—men will behave and dress like women, and women will dress and behave like men, which will be presented as funny. All of this has been cursed by the Last Messenger of Allah on such people.
- On platforms such as YouTube (shorts), Facebook, and Instagram (reels), it has become increasingly common among both Muslims and non-Muslims.
- Stand-up comedy shows and popular entertainment, such as the Kapil Sharma show in India and similar programs in other countries, often present such behaviour for laughs, social popularity and financial gain.
Warning:
Similarly, we see many comedy videos, long videos, and short videos on YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, long-form videos, and short-form videos, where a man will imitate a woman in clothing, speech, and behavior just to make others laugh and earn money. These things are very common on social media, and our children, Muslim children, also watch them. Even comedy shows, like Kapil Sharma, or stand-up comedies by Muslims or non-Muslimsn and many others who do stand-up comedy—imitate women, in speech, clothes, and behavior, even though they are men, just to make others laugh, entertain them, and earn money. These people have been cursed by the Last Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in the Hadith, and they are called mukhannath.
Likewise, we also see them on trains and buses, where men imitate women and claim to be hijdah(intersex people, or hermaphrodites)—and deceive others to earn money.
Similarly, women as well imitate men—on social media, on the internet—by copying their clothes, speech, and manner. All of this has been cursed by the LastProphet Muhammad (peace be upon him). So, stay alert.
In our Muslim homes, this is often shown openly on big screen LCD/LED TV, but our elders, parents, also continue to watch it, thinking nothing will happen. However, a lot is being planted in the mind through cartoons, comedy—you never know how it will affect them. Because our parents, elders themselves are stressed—they are dealing with so many things in their minds—depression, anxiety, stress—they themselves cannot handle it, so how will they tell others, their children, not to do this or that? In this way, you will see that often, as our Muslims become more liberal, they themselves are troubled, thinking, "What can we teach? What can we forbid?" They don’t have the strength to do so. So, keep this in mind.
Islamic perspective:
Despite the cultural normalisation in media or in society, all these acts remain cursed by the tongue of the last Prophet Muhammad (صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ). Intentional imitation of the opposite gender for entertainment, mockery, or personal gain is not permissible and carries spiritual consequences.
Key point:
- This ruling applies only to intentional imitation by choice, not to individuals born with intersex characteristics (biological variations), who are treated differently in Sharia(islamic law).
- The curse in the Hadith demonstrates the gravity of Mukhnnash by choice and warns against trivialising gender roles for entertainment or social gain.
4. Biological Variations (Intersex or Mukhnnash by
birth):
A clarification on those born neither fully male nor fully female, but
having one or the other characteristic overwhelmingly. This is an involuntary condition; there is no sin
upon them, and they are treated with specific compassion and legal guidelines in Sharia(Islamic Law),
similar to individuals born blind, mute, or with other disabilities. See
Sahih al-Bukhari 5887 & Sahih Muslim 2180.
Shaykh Abu Iyaad mentions in his article:
There are intersex people—those who are born without fully formed male or female organs—and their behavioural characteristics are connected to their biologically unclear physical condition. Islam has specific rulings concerning such people, and harming them, oppressing them, or making fun of them is not permissible.
However, this should not be confused with what is called “gender ideology” in the West, which is presented as an ideological tool for indoctrination, sexual corruption, the destruction of the family system, the reshaping of society, and even the removal of private property. Many of these ideas are promoted under the name of science, progress, “inclusion,” and “equality,” while in reality they are used to promote a different agenda. End source: The Two Biological Sexes and the Invention of Gender Identity | AbuIyaad.Com direct link: https://abuiyaad.com/a/biological-sexes-invention-of-gender
Important Note:
The Hadith in which the Last Prophet
cursed those who are male but behave like women, or female but behave like men, and those who are born as
intersex, uses the same word: Al-Mukhnniseen (الْمُخَنَّثِينَ) or Mukhnnash (مُخَنَّثٌ).
These matters are examined alongside Islamic rulings as explained by scholars and well-grounded students of knowledge, based upon the Quran, Sunnah, and the understanding of the Salaf.
5. Natural Relationship (Heterosexuality – According to Fitrah):
This category refers to the natural relationship that Allāh created between a man and a woman. A male being attracted to a female, and a female being attracted to a male, is part of the natural disposition (fitrah) upon which human beings were created. This is the only relationship that Islam recognises as lawful when it takes place through marriage (nikāh).
Allāh created human beings as male and female so that marriage, family life, and the continuation of the human race can take place in a pure and lawful way. Love, emotional connection, mercy, and compassion between a husband and wife are part of this natural system created by Allāh. Because of this, Islam encourages marriage and protects it, while forbidding all relationships that go against this natural order.
The Qur’an makes it clear that men are created for women and women are created for men, and through this relationship families are formed, children are raised, and societies remain stable. This is not only a religious teaching but also part of the natural design of human life from the time of Ādam (peace be upon him) until today.
Key point:
Heterosexual attraction within the
limits set by Islam is not something sinful or shameful. Rather, it is part of the natural disposition
(fitrah) created by Allāh. What Islam forbids is not natural attraction between a man and a woman, but
unlawful relationships outside marriage or actions that go against the natural order created by
Allāh.
What Becomes Clear After Understanding These Five Categories
After studying these five categories briefly, it becomes clear that they are not the same and should never be mixed together. Islam clearly distinguishes between actions that a person chooses and a biological condition that a person is born with.
Same-sex acts, gender transition based on personal feelings, and intentional imitation of the opposite gender are all actions done by choice, even if a person feels a desire toward them. In contrast, intersex people are not the same as these categories, because they are created in that condition and have no choice in it. Heterosexual relationships, which align with human natural disposition (fitrah), are also distinct—they are the lawful and intended form of intimacy and marriage created by Allah. For this reason, Islamic rulings treat each category with justice, compassion, and clear guidance based on the nature of the action or condition.
Another important point is that disbelief (kufr) is not connected to simply having sinful thoughts or even falling into a sin while knowing it is forbidden. Rather, disbelief occurs when someone openly rejects the ruling of Allah or declares what is clearly prohibited in the Qur’an and Sunnah to be permissible. This is why the scholars made a difference between a person who commits a major sin and a person who justifies that sin and calls it lawful.
Because of modern movements and media influence, many people today mix these categories together and present them as the same issue. This article separates them clearly so the reader can understand the Islamic rulings based on the Qur’an, authentic Hadith, and the understanding of the early scholars. [1] Incest refers to marriage or sexual relationships between close family members or blood realtions who are considered too closely related. More specifically, it includes:
- A sexual relationship or marriage between a father and his daughter is considered incest.
- A sexual relationship or marriage between a mother and her son is considered incest.
- A sexual relationship or marriage between a brother and his sister (including half-siblings) is considered incest.
- A sexual relationship or marriage between a grandfather and his granddaughter, or a grandmother and her grandson, is considered incest.
- A sexual relationship or marriage between an uncle and his niece, or an aunt and her nephew, is considered incest.
- A sexual relationship or marriage between a father-in-law and his daughter-in-law, or a mother-in-law and her son-in-law, is also considered incest.
These relationships are widely prohibited in law, religion, and social norms because of ethical concerns, family boundaries, and potential harm.

Summary
Various hadith, along with the Qur’ān, show that:
- Sexual relations with close relatives (maḥram) are strictly forbidden
- Such acts are considered major sins in Islam
- In Islamic law, they are treated as very serious crimes
[2] … Allamah Shaikh Ibn Bāz (may Allah have mercy on him) was informed that some youth display signs of feminine behaviour. He advised that they should spend time with men until they learn (to be masculine) and they benefit from that, and the feminine inclination passes.
He was also asked concerning the man who becomes a Muslim but before he embraced Islam he was a practising homosexual. Once he became a Muslim, he repented from that sinful un-Islamic behaviour. However, his soul desires homosexuality. Shaikh Ibn Bāz answered by saying: “He should cling to his repentance and all praise is for Allah.” (See Sharh Bulūgh Al-Marām, Kitāb Al-Hudūd, https://binbaz.org.sa/audios/125/).
Clinging to repentance means to give up the sin, feel remorse for disobeying Allah, seek Allah’s forgiveness and be resolute in not returning back to the sin.
Today some people think that a person can be born homosexual – and through this, they justify their sexual leanings. However, Islam teaches that every child is born upon the fitrah, a natural inclination, which means that they were created with inclinations that God is pleased with for human beings and fulfil the natural functions of the body. With that in mind, Muslim scholars state that homosexuality comes about due to a corruption of the natural state which can be triggered by various events and environmental factors such as:
- the way they are brought up with the idea that there is no difference between the two sexes;
- being exposed to homosexuality constantly so it becomes normalised;
- being nurtured on theories and ideas that oppose science, nature and the intellect (e.g. two people of the same sex were not physiologically “designed” to have sexual relations or produce offspring)
- being sexually abused as children can lead to confused ideas about sexuality and sexual preferences;
- school indoctrination of children from an early age that goes against nature, health and wellbeing;
- relentlessly encouraged from a young age to explore same-sex relationships and “gay” role-play in schools;
- ostracising and seeking to criminalise all forms of dissent against the powerful LGBTQ movement in the West; ….continue

The Questionnaire says:
The Supreme Court in America has legislated a new rulling, permitting marriage between a man and man & between a woman and woman and you find some Muslims, May Allah guide them, in agreeing to this ruling, saying that if a man wants to marry another man there is no problem in this, do you have any advice for them?
Al-Allamah Shaykh Ubayd Al-Jabiri replied:
I seek refuge in Allah.
They are donkeys, not people.
Donkeys dressed as people.
This action is disbelief.
Marriage between two men is something which is well known in the Islam. The one who does the Nikah, the guardian & the two donkey spouses(2males or females) & the two witnesses are all disbelievers because the impermissibility of this is something that is well known. The fact that a disbelieving country has permitted this is not evidence, this type of evidence is weak.
It is narrated about Abdul Malik Ibn Marwan who was one of the leaders of Bani Umayyah & Abdul Malik Ibn Marwan is well known, he is called the father of the Khualfah(rulers/leaders) because most of the leaders of Bani Umayyah were either his sons or his grandsons, he (Abdul Malik Ibn Marwan) said : “If it (Homosexuality) was not mentioned in the Quaran then I would not have said it could take place in this Ummah”, meaning that it is well known of the religion by necessity(the disgust & impermissibility of it) even with the common folk.
By Allah if you were to ask a elderly general righteous women saying to her “ such and such(man) from the people wants to marry a man,” Do you think she would refrain from cursing him? By Allah I don’t think she would refrain from cursing and abusing him.
I say this is well known in the religion by necessity(by everybody), well known in the religion by necessity (by everybody) & Nikah (a marriage) is making it permissible.
Why did the prophet command a detachement & the narration is in the Sunnah & is authentic to cut off the head of a man who married his father’s wife? Merely an action, understand this! this is permitting homosexuality which is something well known in the religion by necessity(by everybody).
Differentiate between the two affairs, the marriage between a man & his father’s wife & it makes no difference whether he divorced her or died while married to her, this is making it permissible for her likewise whoever marries a man like her (the same situation but with a man) then there is no difference(in the ruling).
Don’t be confused about this, the action of fornication is a sin & whoever makes it permissible having knowledge of it & intending it, fulfilling the conditions & removing any barriers (which may prevent the ruling of disbelief upon him), making it permissible by frank speech then this one has disbelieved, as for one who is merely does the action of fornication even if it is with a 100 women then this is fisq (disobedience/sin), it is obligatory upon him to repent & he has fell into that which anger Allah & we have already explained the likes of these affairs.
Homosexality likewise differentiates between the action & the marriage, whichever (man) marries another man this is making it permissible whether he likes it or not, how do we make it permissible for ourselves our wives?
Do we take them by their hands from the houses of their fathers? How? With a correct marriage contract. Is it not so?
And this contract, the marriage contract is done for him, differentiate! May Allah bless you, O students of knowledge who are present & those of you who are listening, differentiate between the ambiguous matters.
End of speech.
